There was no receptionist, so when we arrived, around 5 pm, there was no one to help us check in and get our room keys. their machine said we couldn't check in unless we paid 675 euros, right there, for the price of 3 nights which we had already paid. It took us more than one hour to ask help from the restaurant worker nearby to get hold of the receptionist. Then, the receptionist gave the instructions to the restaurant worker on the phone to help us check in and told her how to make room keys to give us. The restaurant worker apologized on behalf of the hotel and told that we had certainly paid for three nights. We faced a similar situation for the check out. We checked out around 10 am. There was no receptionist in the lobby. Yet their check in/check out machine was asking for 67 Euros for tax. There was no one to give us a receipt. Again, we waited another hour wondering what to do. The whole situation is very unorganized, chaotic and stressful. Basically, anyone can and come in to this hotel as apparently the receptionist only works for a few hours on certain days of the week. This place should be an air B and B, not a hotel.
