Gostei muito do hotel! Ele fica próximo de metrô, ponto de tram e de ônibus. Os quartos eram bem limpos. As únicas coisas que incomodaram foi o travesseiro, que não era muito confortável; o aquecedor, pois não permitia colocar em uma temperatura superior a 22°C e acabamos sentindo frio no quarto e o fato de no bar do hotel tocar uma música alta todos os dias até umas 23:30h.

Bom hotel
O hotel é muito bom, para ser excelente faltam alguns itens como touca de banho e creme para o corpo que são itens normalmente fornecidos por hotéis desse padrão, além disso não era possível carregar as despesas de restaurante na conta do quarto, tudo tinha que ser pago imediatamente.

Hotel muito bom! Serviço excelente e prático. Quartos confortáveis e com ótimo design. Único problema é que o hotel é afastado dos pontos turísticos de Amsterdã, mas fica ao lado de uma estação de metrô, o que facilita bastante o acesso a qualquer ponto da cidade. Ficamos por 3 dias e a estadia foi ótima.

I will say that we weren't happy that our room wasn't ready an hour after the allocated check-in time of 2.00pm - the hotel did provide us with free drink vouchers as way to make up for this. For the money we paid for our room, the cleanliness was average as there was still the previous guest's hair in the bathtub, the rug in the bedroom wasn't vacuumed and we still didn't get assistance with sorting out the TV, after asking everyday throughout our stay. The staff just didnt seem bothered to help. In terms of transportation, the metro is only a three minute walk from the hotel. Location wise, the hotel is a ten minute walk from local supermarkets and takeaway places.

We stayed for the weekend there, rooms are ok but poorly sound proofed and it’s very loud because of the bar at the first level. First night someone was trying to break into our room around 4am, for almost 15min( there are lots of high and drunk people there)When we told the front desk next day she rudely told us that it’s not their responsibility to control that! The second night, thanks to the passionate screams of the lady across the hall couldn’t get any sleep either. During the 3nights stay the room was cleaned only once, when we asked for fresh towels we had to wait almost 45min! I wouldn't recommend this hotel if you're looking for a safe, quiet and relaxing place to stay during your trip

Great location and nice hotel
I arrived late and the restaurant was closed unfortunately. However, the 24 kiosk was well stocked which was great. The staff on check in were excellent. The room was clean and comfortable, however, when I removed the bedsheet in the morning, the undersheet, could have done with a freshen up.
