This apartment provides perfect group accommodation in the centre of Amsterdam. This is one of 7 apartments in the same building which can be rented together for large groups. Stags and Hens are welcome.

Great stay for 5 adults

The apartment was spacious, clean, and well appointed. It was centrally located in easy walking distance to major sights. However it was also only 1/2 block from the Red Light District which was a surprise. But we never felt unsafe even in the evenings (it was light till 10:30pm). There are many restaurants nearby and also a grocery store which was convenient. Our apartment had a small balcony with a lovely view of a church. Notes:1. There is no lift, you need to walk up/down several flights of stairs. But Mario brought all our luggage up and down. 2. There is A/C in the living area but not in the bedrooms so we opened the windows. Also, one bedroom was connected to another (you had to walk through it) but since we’re family, it was ok. 3. Mario was very attentive during our stay and I would definitely recommend this apartment.

Great Location

6 of us stayed here for five nights. This place works best for individuals, not couples (there is one large bedroom that works well for one couple). You are a 10-minute walk from central station and can easily walk to canal tours or to some of the best sights. Easily take a tram to see the Rijksmuseum. Drop off laundry across the street. Lots of restaurants and a grocery store just around the corner. Be aware that you are on the edge of the red light district.

Perfect Stay for First Visit to Amsterdam

Mario was a great communicator from the start. There were six of us (19) and enough space for all to spread out. The location was fantastic and an easy walk to everything we wanted to do and see. Mario met us in person even though we arrived late at night. He even arranged for our luggage to be brought up to the third floor; knowing we were tired from our trip. Two of our sons enjoyed the lower level lounge where they could hang out, play music, etc. in the later hours of the night.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Although located near a bustling area, it was very quiet and airy in the apartment. There was a lovely patio area with view of the church bell tower and roof tops. The hosts were extremely helpful and responsive. The property was very clean and they came by several times during the stay to change towels and do a light clean. The property was well stocked with everything we needed. The stairs to the 5th floor are quite steep and hard to manage with heavy luggage but the hosts helped us at check-in.

Mario was the best host; so easy to communicate with and genuinely kind. We appreciate his responsiveness and the laundry service. The apartment is large, comfortable for 6 people (we had 5). There is not a lift and the stairs can be challenging if you are above floor 2. The apartment is well stocked and furnished. Location is great; right in the heart of De Wallen. We would stay here again for sure.

Lovely place except no lift (Elevator)

Everyone loved the place, and it would’ve been absolutely perfect if we had a lift. There were many stairs all the way to the fifth floor and three people in the party were all seniors. Fortunately, the proprietor did help us get the suitcases up and down upon arrival and departure. The location was great, and with the exception of the stairs, it was perfect.

Fantastic central location, great communication with hosts

The location was extremely convenient, the property was clean and large with a lovely view. As noted there are a lot of stairs but the host was amazingly kind and even helped carry bags up and down. As expected, being very central, it is a little noisy but worth it for the location. It's worth noting that some "bedrooms" do not have doors or have to pass through each other to get out, but lots of room for our group. Would definitely stay again.
