"We absolutely loved the cabin it was secluded and a beautiful location. The bed was very comfortable, the hot tub was amazing, and the resident kittens and their momma cat were very entertaining. I would not recommend trying to find the cabin in the dark lol!! The only real issue we had was we didn't realize there were stairs going down to the cabin but it was ok we made it work!! Lisa is absolutely amazing and answered all my annoying questions. We had an amazing stay!!!!! "

"I have called the Lancaster area Clop-Clop for years, as i love to hear the horses pass by. Staying in a restored rock house just intensified my experience! It was amazing! The home's personality was so inviting, and the restful porches were used to take in the beauty of the homestead. Thank you for this amazing vacation!!"

"The Old Summer House was a perfect spot for a getaway with all the comforts of home. It’s conveniently located to lots of things to see and do but away from the busyness of every day life. "I was looking for a comfortable place to stay with my son and his friends who were playing in a nearby volleyball tournament. The house was just as described and had everything we needed for cooking in, relaxing outside, and grilling. I was very pleasantly surprised with the neighborhood in Phoenixville. "We stayed for a long weekend during my sons wedding in West Chester. The farmhouse was perfect, tons of room for multiple generations and family members. The 2 kitchens were great. We also enjoyed to outdoor aspects of the property, the neighborhood was wonderful but you still felt like you were in the country sitting on the patio or even the front porch. Definitely recommend"
