"The hotel was clean and in good condition. The beds were very comfortable but wished there was more than just bar soap to shower with. The continental breakfast was very good and fresh (waffles, eggs, biscuits and gravy, bread/pastries, cereal, fruit). The pool and hot tub area were quite nice with tables and chairs and a room with 3 walls and ceiiling as windows. What I didn't like was how "punctual and inflexible" the staff were, they closed breakfast at 10am and even turned people away,...

"Although my mom and I experienced no significant issues during our stay at Holiday Inn Convention Center in Stevens Point, we were a little surprised at the minimalism of housekeeping. They'd take used towels and replace with clean ones, but our beds were never "freshened up", like fluffing up the used pillows, tucking in of sheets, etc. We didn't expect a full laundering of bedding like in the old days, but we were a little surprised at the lack of basic bedding maintenance. "We were pleased with our stay. Front desk was friendly."

"Being on first floor on a soccer tournament weekend it was loud till 11:00 pm and we were woken up at 5:30 am by the noise of kitchen staff doing things for breakfast. Didn’t get much sleep."

"Mold in our room- both in the wall and up in the window ledge. Front desk was slow and very unhelpful. Placed us in an incorrect room from what we paid for and then wouldn’t switch us. Eventually did, and then that room had mold. AC barely cooled the bedroom and didn’t cool the rest of the room at all."
