"Beautiful location and a really quaint and quirky hotel built in the 16th century. A number of boutique shops locally and plenty options for eating and drinking. Really friendly staff happy to help. Private car park with plenty of spaces."

"The accomodation was clean and tidy with basics of tea/coffee/television and basic toiletries in the bathroom. Food was available within the main building and was "usual" pub fare, generous portions and for the area was reasonably priced. "Very run down and poorly managed hotel. Tv didn’t work, shower curtain was covered in mold, No clean towels as the took ours and couldn’t replace them for two days. People coming and going all night making a lot of noise talking in reception area that is right next to the rooms. Staff didn’t seem to care we didn’t have any towels for to days and hardly any sleep due to them talking loudly all night and playing music "

"Nice apartment for three people. Sofa bed really helped us. Well presented with off road parking and nearby shops/takeway. Good communication with landlord. We used this for access to LHR which is only 30 minutes away."

"Beautiful surrounding. Hotel property is ok. On the first day at the reception I was given a room that takes about 6 minutes to walk,I went with 2 suitcases up a steep hill till the hotel area.the weather was really really hot.was not offered for someone to give me a hand! Then 1 flight up no lift.came there was exhausted as hell.no a/c in the rooms only small fan.did not sleep well 3 nights.in the morning 7.50 a.m working was going on on the roof really loud noise..so could not enjoy some...

"The location is absolutely beautiful and incredibly picturesque. Our room was amazing, very spacious, spotless, and featuring a fantastic double shower which was a real highlight. The bar staff in particular were exceptional throughout our stay, friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful, which really added to the overall experience.
