"Thomas was a great host! He was very responsive and helpful, especially during my silly little door mishap 😂 completely human error after nearly 19 hours of traveling! The flat was clean, fresh, and comfortable, and the Wi-Fi worked great. Everything was exactly what we needed for our stay, and I really appreciated how quickly Thomas responded whenever I reached out. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend Thomas as a host! 😊"

"The check in went smoothly, however the shared bathroom was dirty and the carpets and and walls needed a cleaning. The bedding was clean, and check out was simple."

"Handy location approximately 900m from Windsor castle, able to leave car parked and walk. Large apartment with 3 great sized bedrooms. We only had data access on our phones so only way of contacting was through email. No reply from owner when we had questions in regards to use of television. No aircon so very hot when weather warms up. Be aware this is a third floor apartment only accessible by stairs."

"Great location, very clean and comfortable however the apartment requires some maintenance. The tiles in the bathroom are broken so the door would not close. The upholstery on all dining room chairs was damaged, the only fan in the apartment was broken, there was only 1 curtain in the bedroom, the drain cover on the bath was broken, the door covering the washing machine was loose and the apartment specific wifi was not working. I reported the door, fan and wifi but received no response."

"⭐️amazing location ⭐️room was spotless and clean ⭐️extras that came with the room (hairdryer, iron, shampoo, etc) were all amazing. ⭐️shower is great! ❌it was hot weather, and the room was so stuffy. the window only opens a crack. the portable fan alone is not enough to keep it cool."

"Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, die Lage hat uns auch gefallen. Das einzige, was uns tatsächlich gestört hat, war die Grösse des Bettes im Hauptschlafzimmer und die Matratzen in allen Betten. Daher nicht die volle Punktzahl. Das Wohnzimmer ist sehr gemütlich. In der Küche wäre vielleicht noch eine weitere Bratpfanne gut. So oder so, wir können diese Unterkunft sehr gut weiterempfehlen ."

"Able to check in early by messaging with the Orange Door. Great location for us to get to Lords and Camden Market using Public Transport (ie Buses). Bus stops just outside the property. Cafe close by for Breakfast and dinner. Shop available close by for general needs."
