"When i booked it online the pictures they had posted was photoshoped. The rooms was nothing like the photos, my room had black hair in bathroom floor upon arrival, no smoke detector in the room and the bathtub had mold around the caulking, inside bottom of tub was black, for the price they charge i was expecting at least for it to be clean. Even after they came in the next day to give us fresh towels, and take out trash the bathroom floor was NOT SWEEP, the long black hairs was still there."

"Had airport shuttle pick me up and the woman never spoke, not one word! I said Hi, thank you- got no response, i commented on what a cute little van - no response, when we pulled up to the front of the hotel I said Thank you - no response. So rude. "Parking is very easy, carts are easily accessible and available for moving in and out! Ac works very well! Beds were comfortable. I have only one complaint…the toilet is very low! Being handicapped (recovering from 2messed up knee surgeries) I needed help getting down and getting up! All else acceded expectations!!"
