"The owner Haimy was more than accommodating. The room was spectacular with a fireplace. Very Romantic. Enjoyed Thoroughly."

Dois aspectos são contundentes:
1) o prédio é muito antigo, as paredes internas não são de alvenaria: tudo se escuta do quarto ao lado ou corredor, televisão, conversas, e o que mais se pensar, é insuportável, e lógico tive que mudar de quarto, o que não adiantou muito;
2) nas redondezas não existe outro ponto de encontro para os moradores de Exeter que gostam de comer e beber à noite;

"I have stayed at the Fairfield Inn and Suites and have enjoyed it every time I have visited Exeter. We have been very pleased with the friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness and the proximity to quite a few great restaurants and attractions. (It is only 15 minutes from the beach)! The hot breakfast selection was also very good. The only downside was that the business center was temporarily not available due to renovations this trip.

"We had such an amazing stay! The room was so beautiful, with plenty of space for our family. It was great to have a living room, bedroom and two bathrooms! Everything was sparkly clean, beautifully decorated and so comfortable. We loved that we were across the street from the beach and that the Surf Shack was behind the hotel for a quick snack and a drink. The staff was so welcoming and super helpful. We are already planning on returning next year! Definitely so enjoyable!! "
"This hotel is Hamptons hidden gem!!! My husband and our 2 kids, 8 & 12, stayed here for 5 days and we had the BEST time at this motel!! All of the staff are super friendly, rooms are very clean, coffee in the morning, and a pool and a hot tub, plus you're super close to non beach food which is obv better food for you, what more could you need???"
"Upon arriving at Seabrook Inn, the first thing you notice isn’t a warm welcome, but the strong smell of cigarette smoke lingering in the air, seeping into the hallways and rooms. The promise of a cozy stay vanishes as soon as you open the door to find a stained carpet, dusty furniture, and bed sheets with questionable marks.
The bathroom is another nightmare: mold in the corners, thin and rough towels, and a shower that seems to have a mind of its own, switching unpredictably between freezing...
