"Very dated property. The appearance on the outside is inviting but once inside you realize the age of the property and lack of room and common area maintenance. This is not a result of staff negligence, but rather it appears to be ownerships lack of desire to spend money on repairs and maintenance. The in-room internet was not good at all. "Checked into property, was told they didn’t have a room for us, so we had to stay at the hotel next door that they also owned, a brand I had never heard of. Booked over a month ago, spent nearly 800 bucks, and had to go next door to a hotel without a pool and breakfast, that I believe was more of an extended stay place and outdated."

During the morning of departure, could not find a cart to help transport heavy luggage from room to vehicle. Had to take multiple trips to vehicle with luggage. "The photos do not match the status of the room. When we walked in, the room had mold on the ceiling in different areas, our bathroom or bedroom door would not close and we tried to throw our body into it to get it to shut, the walls and doors were banged in We were there less than 5 minutes & decided to check out & leave because we did not feel safe and the conditions were not good. The hotel staff is refusing to communicate with Expedia about the refund process"

"It is an older property, but clean and friendly staff. We had no issues for our stay."

"This is definitely a budget hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the manager/owner very friendly and the air conditioning was reliable and very helpful for hot summer days. Breakfast available every morning and laundry on site made it very easy to travel with a family. However, it is quite an old property, old carpets, etc. and the swimming pool area is very old and outdated."
