"The property was nice - the bedposts were broken and definitely some wear on the furniture ( note to people planning on staying- they don't provide powdered creamer for the two Keurig pods of coffee allotted also no salt and pepper), check in was easy. The fireplace did not work- this was especially disappointing. The property manager did not respond to text messages and the first phone call I made he assured me it would be fixed. No one showed up to fix it, and he did not answer later...

"We were very disappointed in our accommodations. We arrived to the two connected units and nothing had been cleaned. Beds were dirty, used towels were on the floor, dirty dishes in the sink and the kitchen was dirty with trash still in the cans. It was obvious that someone had stayed there and nothing had been cleaned afterward. We contacted the host right away. The gentleman sent us to another two units down the hall. "Room was listed as a one bedroom with king bed and a couch. Listing stated the room accommodated 4 people. When we arrived late in the evening and checked in, we discovered that there was no pull out couch. We messaged the host who didn't respond after multiple attempts to reach him until late the next day. Asked for a blow up mattress or a cot to which he completely ignored us for the rest of our stay. "he house is absolutely gorgeous! We stayed there for a week for a family reunion and a wedding, and it was perfect. The location is excellent, and the amenities are beyond amazing — a huge heated pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, and even four pickleball courts.
