The place is basically clean except for a stained tub that could be cleaned. The fan in the bathroom was broken. The kitchen had 1 plate and 1 bowl. The bed is so high off the ground you need a step stool to get in. There is a desk chair and another chair that is old and has no padding. There were 2 irons but no ironing board. "Best communicating host ever! Even after move out when Joyce thought she left some things behind, he kept communicating. Really impressed. Comfortable place. Great location. Her daughter stayed with her so there was definitely comfortably room for two. Great written instructions as well. This is definitely where visiting family will be staying in the future. "Arrived late in the evening and pulled out the sofa bed to find several crumbled chips that we had to shake off the bed. There were also numerous spiders that we had to kill before being able to sleep. Then at around 6:30am we were awakened by screaming children running around and stomping above us. We contacted the host who told us that they would look into it and get back to us.
