Our charming village of Dehnsen is nestled right in the heart of the enchanting Lüneburg Heath landscape.
In just 30 minutes by bus—with the stop right outside the door—you can reach the historic city of Lüneburg with its numerous shops, cultural attractions, and charming restaurants—perfect for a stroll through town, a visit to a museum or event, or a delicious slice of cake in one of the many cafés.
For an exciting day trip, the vibrant metropolis of Hamburg beckons—just a 50-minute drive or a 1.5-hour ride by public transportation away.
Just a 5-minute drive or bus ride away is Amelinghausen, where you’ll find plenty of supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, an ice cream shop, and more.

Right on your doorstep lies the breathtaking natural beauty of the Lüneburg Heath, which is perfect for long walks, hikes, bike rides, or picnics. Nearby, for example, you’ll find the beautiful Lopausee, which invites you to relax and linger. Here, you can go pedal boating and then unwind on the terrace of the Seestübchen with a coffee or a slice of cake.

Our lovingly furnished guesthouse is located on the spacious grounds of the main house and accommodates 1–4 people. A separate entrance leads you into your bright and modern retreat, which we’ve furnished with great attention to detail. Here, a cozy atmosphere awaits you, making you feel right at home.

- Free parking: For your convenience, free parking spaces are available right next to the house.
- Bike storage: A shed is available for storing your own bikes or any bikes you might rent.
- Bright and fully equipped kitchen: In our bright and modern kitchen, you’ll find all the necessary appliances, including a stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, cutlery, dishes, oil, and spices.
- Cozy living area: The living area features a cozy sofa corner with a TV and a dining table—perfect for relaxing evenings after an active day. With a cup of coffee or tea in hand, you can enjoy the beautiful view of the garden through the large picture window. The sofa also folds out to provide a sleeping space for two additional guests.
- Social dining area: Ideal for shared meals and social gatherings.
- Bedroom: In the bedroom, you can relax perfectly in the beautiful and cozy queen-size bed.
- Bathroom: The bathroom is modern and features a separate, spacious shower area.
- Sauna: A sauna is also available in the accommodation. It is very easy to use, and we will provide you with detailed instructions.
- Storage: In the bedroom, you’ll find three large dressers, and in the living area, there’s a closet where you can hang your clothes or jackets.
