Works well for 2 adults and 2 children traveling with pet(s) visiting local attractions. We were gone most of the day, so only used for sleep/shower, not cooking or entertainment. "

"This home was just as beautiful as it shows in the pictures, and also so comfortable! The beds and pillows were some of the best sleep I’ve gotten away from home. We stayed in this home with 2 families, including a 9 and 11 year old, and our 2 larger dogs. The kids loved having their own space in the basement, and the dogs loved the fenced in backyard. "Seth really communicated and worked with me after a previous host disrespectfully trashed the location near my friends wedding venue. The new location was further but not too bad! I really appreciated the location being in between the city and the wedding venue so I could explore the city! Thank you Seth!"

"Happy abouut the most part the cleanleness but very upset about the backyard being not being mowed mowed and headges cleaned up. The driveway will scrape your cars bumper because the step angle and the back door to the stairs before going out wont shut completely unless deadbolted. A gas leak was reported but no call from landlord when asked when my dogs were still in there."

"The house was very clean and had everything we needed. It is difficult to get up and down stairs if you have mobility issues. The neighborhood was safe and everyone we encountered was friendly."

"I travel for work and enjoy staying in Seth's properties. The beds are always the most comfortable, I sleep better then at home. I love that I can bring my doggos and the people that live in the building are super nice. I'm stayin again next week! I bring King size sheets with me to throw over furniture so there's no dog fur or dirt getting on it."
