"The staff at this hotel is what made this place great. Front desk check in was super friendly and welcoming. The cleaning staff in the morning went out of their way to say good morning. The breakfast was basic, but the lady prepping it was also super nice and making sure the place looked clean and inviting. "

"This is a very special place, like stepping back in time, absolutely gorgeous decor and grounds, every detail lovingly cared for. The bed was super comfy, immaculately clean throughout house. The breakfast was amazing, berries and pears from their own yard, hosts super nice. Have not stayed anywhere that felt more like a memorable experience vs a room for the night. Will definitely return if in the area."

"If I could leave a negative 10 stars on this hotel I would. The website doesn't show the actual photo's location. In a very unsafe environment. The room was nasty smelled as if someone died, and was cleaned with embalming fluid. We left less than 15 minutes of checking enough time to grab bags and head as fast as we checked. We are still fighting for a refund for our NO stay Charge. We booked thru Expedia and still no word. The hotel insists they couldn't refund us do to booking thru Expedia....

"Loved the view of the river, the river walk with daffodils, the nice amenities, staff, & overall fun atmosphere. Good food and drinks there as well, especially with the Irish music on St. Pat's. Just wish there was a coffee pot in the room. "

"The room was clean and the bed and pillows were comfortable. The breakfast is waffles, English muffins, tiny muffins, yogurt, oatmeal, apples, cereal, and juice. I wish the pool were open later in the evening, it closes at 10. It's overall a good hotel for the budget guest, comfortable and clean. And not run down. I felt like parking was reasonably safe as well. "

"The hotel has a warm, wood-based feel that gives it a character not shared by most commercial hotels. Our room was large and comfortable. A drink in the lobby restaurant was expensive, but well-made and generous in size. The surroundings are quiet, tree-shaded, and peaceful. We would happily stay again."

"Our room in OYO Hotel in St. Helen's, OR, was very basic. It was clean and the beds were adequate. The floor had paint spills all over it and the walls had some holes and peeling paint. There was a large refrigerator. The staff member at check-in was VERY nice and funny. Unfortunately, he had to ask everyone for a CASH damage deposit since their system for holding deposits was not working with credit cards. We did not have the amount he was asking for, but he accepted $40. We thought this...

"It was a quick trip for funeral so it was just a one night. Staff were very pleasant and friendly. I would definitely stay here again."
