"Really quirky and lovely property, probably better for adults rather than kids (on the whole) but we all had a great time, including the kids. Great location fairly close to beaches and other country-type bits to do. Very peaceful and gorgeous view. Really appreciated the ease of access and great communication from the host. "Property looks disappointing on first look at the outside but once inside it is perfect. We had a night away with friends and family eating and playing games. Venue was very comfortable and had everything you could need. It was lovely to have plenty of bedrooms so we could share or be alone. Everyone said the beds were comfy. Very close to the beach for a lovely walk. Would definitely use again. "

"Luxurious yet comfortable, had pretty much everything you might need for a lovely staycation (could do with a microwave though for warming things up!). Ideally situated for visiting Sussex’s coastal towns and inland City of Chichester and historic town of Arundel. Beach is a pebble beach, and sadly full of seaweed when we visited so we couldn’t get to the water without getting covered in the stuff, but that can’t be helped. Lovely stay overall! "

"The property really couldn’t have been any better for our weekend celebrating my sister’s hen party. The location was perfect - central, seconds from the sea and near to all of our planned activities. The communal areas were fantastic, especially the large dining area. "Flat is in a brilliant location and kept really nicely. Nice welcome touches too from property manager. Really helpful property manager too.Unfortunately at night, the windows do not provide any sound proofing and all night children were awake scared of the loud noises and fights happening in surrounding streets.
