"Although the property is listed as non-smoking, there was a strong odor of smoke as soon as we walked in. The home was very clean though. Shortly after arriving a young woman was pounding on the door looking for a bunch of guys and we assumed she was looking for the past renters. (This was around 8:30pm) Due to the smoke smell and not knowing who might show up next, we opted not to stay and rented a hotel instead."

"We are frequent VRBO renters and we use Premier Hosts because they are always excellent. The place was perfect just like the pictures. The location is so great. A gentrified neighborhood with restaurant's, markets and shops in easy walking distance. The host owns multiple units in the building so we had family on multiple floors. Thanks Danny!"
