The villa is only 22 km away from Alappuzha town and merely 500 meters from National Highway No. 66. And one km away from Thottappally estuary, Guests can enjoy the waterfront away from the bustle of their busy schedules.

Amenities

Portico – Guests up to four can sit on chairs and enjoy nature at any time. It is more beautiful in the evening and early hours of the morning when witnessing the sunrise or rain on the river. There is also a long, clean granite-paved veranda suitable for casual sitting. Chirping birds will keep you company during the day.

Living Room
Neelathamara has one main living room and a long private living room. From the portico, guests enter the main living room where they can use sofas for sitting. A 43-inch TV unit offers popular TV channels, Amazon Prime, and Netflix.
The private living room offers ample ventilation and a parallel river view throughout the day and night.

Bedrooms
This service villa has 3 bedrooms.

Room No. 1, situated on the south side, has one king-size bed and a table with drawers. The passage connecting this room to the bathroom has one cupboard, a mirror, a small dressing area, and two windows, one of which offers a river view.

Bedroom No. 2 is equipped with a one queen-size bed, with Air Conditioning, table, cupboard and bathroom.

Bedroom No. 3, situated at the north end of the house, has two river-view windows, one cupboard, one queen-size bed, and a table with two drawers.

All three bedrooms have memory foam mattresses, mattress protectors, and pillow protectors. We use 100% cotton white bed linen, two pillows with white pillow covers, and one large blanket. Each bedroom has an independent split air conditioning system.
