Located on the brick streets of Plemons Eakle Historic District, up to 6 guests can relax in this 3 bedroom, 2 bath home, complete with a secluded king-sized main suite upstairs, full kitchen, workspace with printer, and front porch views of the walking paths and fountain located in Oliver Eakle Park. The home is centrally located, with easy access to I-40 and I-27, and minutes from downtown restaurants, Hodgetown Stadium (home of Sodpoodles Baseball), the Amarillo Civic Center, and other attractions.

We have stocked our deck box with yard games like cornhole, balls and frisbees, a scooter, pickelball, etc! There is also a collection of books and movies for your enjoyment. Lots of fun for your family stay!

Guests have full access to the home including indoor laundry facilities.

Month long stays will be subject to a cleaning every 2 weeks and charged a cleaning fee accordingly.

Please note that the upstairs bathroom has a toilet, sink, and tub (no shower).

There is also a very quiet, long-term tenant in the back house.
