Both bedrooms are stocked with fresh, cozy bed linens and sleep up to 8 guests. The fully equipped kitchen has a refrigerator, stove, microwave, and toaster so you can cook whenever you like. After a long day at Palo Duro or on the job site, kick back on the couch, stream your favorite shows on the TV, and let the washer and dryer take care of the laundry. Blazing-fast Wi-Fi keeps you connected, and central heat and AC keep things just right no matter the season.



Guest Access:

Check-in is a breeze! You'll receive your personal entry code and full arrival instructions ahead of time so everything is ready the moment you pull up. The duplex has its own private entrance — no waiting around, no coordination needed. Come and go as you please, on your schedule!



The Neighborhood:

You're tucked into a peaceful residential neighborhood on South Harrison Street — quiet enough to recharge, but close to everything Amarillo has to offer. The crown jewel nearby is Palo Duro Canyon State Park, just about 30 minutes away. Known as the "Grand Canyon of Texas," it's absolutely stunning — incredible hiking, mountain biking, and the iconic TEXAS outdoor musical in the summer. You've got to see it! If you're in town for one of the major AI data center projects currently being built in the Amarillo area, you'll find the location super convenient for getting to and from the job.



Getting Around:

Getting around Amarillo is easy from here! You're right off South Harrison with quick access to I-27 and US-87, so whether you're heading out to Palo Duro Canyon or to a job site, you'll be on your way in no time. Free parking is available right at the property — one less thing to worry about!



Other Things to Note:

Just a couple of things to help everyone have a great experience! This is a non-smoking property, and we ask that you keep noise levels friendly after 10pm out of respect for the neighbors. The washer and dryer are all yours — you'll find simple instructions posted right next to them. Trash and recycling info will be in your check-in details. Other than that, make yourself at home and enjoy every minute of your stay — we're so glad you're here!
