The dining table comfortably seats 6–8 people. You’ll also find a Smart TV, air conditioning, and a full bathroom with a stand-up shower, sink, bidet, and toilet. A 10 kg washing machine is available here—perfect for longer stays.

Third Floor (Attic): Workspace & Flexible Sleeping Arrangements

Sleeping options include a pull-out sofa with a comfortable memory foam mattress and an ottoman that converts into a single bed with its own memory foam mattress.

You have the entire 3-story home to yourselves with a private entrance. The property is located in the same historic building as our ground-floor studio, but your unit is completely independent with its own front door.

For Remote Workers: High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the home. The third-floor workspace is a quiet, private spot for video calls and focused work.

For Families & Groups: Three full bathrooms spread across three floors mean no morning lines. The fully equipped kitchen helps save on dining costs—and Calabria is home to some of Italy’s best fresh food markets. The washing machine can handle 10 kg loads for those extended stays.
