Would definitely stay again

The property was very clean and the hosts are very friendly and quickly available. The location was further from the bus stop than expected, but we figured it all out and had a wonderful time. Our only wish was that we could have stayed longer.

Besonders freundlicher und aufmerksamer Vermieter. Die Wohnung ist in ca. 400 m Höhe am Hang. Die Angaben zu Entfernungen sind irreführend. Zu Fuß ist da nichts in den angegebenen Zeiten zu erreichen. Parkplatz in der Nähe der Wohnung. Auto ist quasi immer erforderlich.

Amazing views

Sabatino was an excellent and very helpful host. The town of Amalfi is amazing and it was my favorite town on our 2 week Italy tour. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Beautiful biew property

Casa Nancy is a lovely property. It is on hilltop so you get the most beautiful view of Amalfi. Sabatino, the owner was very hospitable and extremely kind and helpful. He met us when we arrived and helped carried our luggage. He was very helpful in telling us about Amalfi Coast and provided great information. The property is well kept and spacious. The only reason I didn’t give it a five star is because there are many stairs that we didn’t know of. Be prepared with comfortable tennis shoes and also be in good condition to handle coming in and out of the property. You also must have a vehicle. You are a 15 min drive to town and buses take a while. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Thank you Sabatino for a wonderful stay.

Our Amalfi Stay.

A very nice appartment with a beautiful view of the sea. Sabatino was very helpful at check in (he greeted us when we arrived and he helped carry our bags up the long staircase). Overall we were very pleased.

Lovely apartment with amazing views

I loved this apartment on the mountainside. Sitting on the balcony looking out over the ocean with the ever changing light was magical. Sabatino is an incredibly helpful host. Both bedrooms open out to the balcony, the kitchen is perfectly stocked. Really wonderful. Please do note that there are a couple flights of stairs to get into the apartment.

Amalfi

This was a great place to stay, the owners were so accommodating to us. They helped us with getting food, going to dinner, getting to the town of Amalfi, etc. The apartment is a little further out from the downtown area of Amalfi but there are buses. When we got there they had changed the schedules so we got started later each day but everything we wanted to do we did.

Fabulous host, great views, quiet

First of all, Sabatino and his family were spectacular hosts and made our stay very special. My friend and I did not expect the home to be quite so far away from downtown Amalfi, but Sabatino did his best to advise us on the bus schedule and also to "rescue" us if in fact we missed the bus or the bus was full. We appreciated the beautiful views from the balcony and the serenity away from the extremely busy town. His father-in-law, who lives below, kindly gave us some of us wonderful figs, and Sabatino's wife gifted us with delicious tomatoes (we actually made a fabulous pasta sauce with these for dinner). As we had no car, Sabatino took us the the small and delightful little town of Conca di Marini where he has a wine shop, and we were able to go to the market, see his shop and photographs (he is an international photographer among many other talents), and have a wonderful dinner under the stars at the local restaurant with amazing sea views. The kitchen was stocked with coffee (2 kinds of coffee makers), plum cake, breads and pasta; the bedrooms were comfortable with access to the balcony which had wonderful views; the bathroom very clean with lots of hot water and a good shower. The location would probably be easier with a car, but you have to be a certain kind of driver to want to maneuever these very narrow and busy roads! Thank you Sabatino for your hospitality and graciousness.

Wonderful stay and host

I will start by thanking our wonderful host(s), Sabatino and Nunzia for the warm welcome, attention and care during our stay...they are fantastic! The house is as you would expect in Amalfi up on a hillside providing spectacular views of the Sea and sunsets. The house is well stocked with everything you need to include clothes washing machine, A/C, two coffee machine (one is nespresso brand and the other is traditional electric coffee pot) and plenty of parking. The beds were super comfortable and the towels and linen incredible clean. Staying here is like staying with the people of Amalfi, away from the tourist and the Host's Father can be seen working in the garden and fig trees (which he shared with us). The drive from this house to the center of Amalfi on a busy traffic day is about 17 mins and although there are about 40 steps down to the house,we didn't find that too hard...even for my 80 year Mother (she was slow but did just fine). I can't say enough good things about the house and host(s)...beautiful people and beautiful home! Thank you for letting us share it!

Incomparable setting and welcome

We spent 10 wonderful days at this very comfortable apartment with a million dollar view! We didn't have a car, but got used to using the local bus system. Everything we needed for our stay was supplied. Other than the view, the best thing about this apartment was by far the warm and attentive welcome we received from our host, Sabatino. Such a kind and generous man! He was so gracious and helpful - and his wife makes the most delicious lemon cake! It was almost like we were staying with friends. His daughter Nunzia was also very helpful in providing us information on daytrips and organising our excursion to Capri. All in all, we had a fabulous time and would return in a heartbeat. Thank you for everything, Sabatino! :)

Fabulous

From even before our trip began, Nunzia and Sabatino went out of their way to make our trip wonderful. We were there for my daughters surprise proposal and needed a photographer. Come to find out Sabatino is a photographer! He was so helpful in setting up the location and even making dinner plans for my daughter and her fiance, and the pictures were beautiful. When we arrived Sabatino escorted us to the apartment and took down all of our luggage., and again when we were leaving. Waiting for us was a lovely meat and cheese plater, wine and Lemoncello along with some staples. Sabatino even offered to go to the market for us. The apartment was lovely and very clean, just perfect for my daughter and me. I would highly recommend this apartment and the hosts to anyone visiting the Amalfi Coast. Ellie
