Take a trip to Vallevik, Badevik or Lyngheisenteret with beach and hiking trails, both places are ten minutes by car from the cottage. Ask the house owner for the best fishing spots. An additional boat can be rented by arrangement directly with the landlord. For nice walks there are good hiking possibilities both along the sea and shorter mountain walks. If you want to make a day trip from the cottage, you can visit Bergen with sights such as Fløien, Akvariet, Badeland and Bryggen.
