"Room was not clean. Worn out furniture in the room. Back started hurting because of worn out bed. Thought Ashoka hotels were good. We left the hotel after the first night though our reservation was for three nights. Didn’t get the refund for the nights we didn’t stay at the hotel."

"We had a wonderful stay at this resort. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. What truly stood out was the hospitality—the staff was incredibly warm, welcoming, and always willing to help.
