"We had a good two night stay at this hotel. Staff was attentive and accommodating. Breakfast was good with enough variety. Our only issue was the wait time for the elevator because only one was operational."

Easy fix once I realized what it was, but I did notice where the chain goes was fully rusted out. Breakfast was just okay, but I appreciate it being part of the stay. "Wonderful 4 night stay with my great niece. Quiet, clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Indoor pool was a plus. Staff were kind, welcoming, helpful. Outdoor and indoor bar with plenty of seating and tables. Westerville location near many popular restaurants. Close to interstate. Highly recommended."

"The rooms were fairly clean. Beds comfortable. Loved all of the pillows. Apparently black out curtains have become an extra amenity at some hotels but this one still had them at no extra charge. Breakfast was good. Little crowded but the food selection was good. No issues with parking. The street is a little hard to find because it looks like an alley. Close to the expo if you’re needing that. The pool was actually warm and decently clean. They allowed us to swim until 10pm. No noise issues...
