"Loved Torr Top Place! As a solo older lady who wanted to visit Manchester’s Christmas markets, this was a perfect base. The kitchen was well equipped, sitting room cozy, bathroom modern, and everything immaculate. Uber transport was readily available and Sainsbury’s (local grocer) was a short walk away. I highly recommend Torr Top Place!"

"Excellent small cottage with well equipped kitchen. Comfortable and roomy bedroom. Walk in shower was nice to use. Door from lounge/kitchen out to small garden that was nice to sit out in the evening. Friendly owner gave us a warm welcome. Good place to explore Cheshire - we visited Nantwich, Chester, Salt museum at Northwich and the Anderton boat lift. Also visited the Moorcroft Pottery in Stoke."

"Though we enjoyed our holiday at Olive it was a struggle for my wife who is disabled as the bed was particularly low and the stairs are steep. We would also recommend the owner completes the path from the house to the drive as walking over the grass after rain particularly in the dark was unpleasant. It would also be preferable to add a parking space alongside garden gate."

"We really enjoyed our stay. The lodge was absolutely spotless which was a great asset as we have stayed in things similar before and they have been dusty and unclean. We spoke to the man and the woman and both were lovely. The Little bottle of milk, shampoo, body wash, washing up liquid etc were a wonderful touch. Like other reviews a coffee table would be nice. Only thing I would let others know is the parking is very tight. We nearly came in our VW van and I'm glad we didn't as we wouldn't...

"O quarto não estava limpo. Inclusive encontrei um grampo de cabelo no chão do quarto. O quarto era frio, o hiter não conseguia aquecer o quarto. Não há box na banheira, molha todo o banheiro. Meu esposo achou ridículo ter que puxar as descarga do vaso sanitário como se tira água da bica d’água. O sistema de descarga do vaso é muito antiga. A equipe de funcionários são muito frios, antipáticos. O checkin levou 30 minutos aguardando em uma fila enorme. O funcionário fez varias perguntas. No checkout nem olhou na minha cara. O único ponto positivo do hotel é a localização, o resto é horrível."
