"A friend and I booked this house fairly last minute for a Memorial Day trip with our kids - we’re so glad we did! The house is super clean, comfortable and well-stocked with everything from beach towels to cleaning supplies to kitchen spices, making everything so easy. We were so “busy” hanging on the deck, playing ping pong and enjoying the lake we didn’t have time to use the kayaks but it was so great that they were available. "We really enjoyed our stay at the lake house. It was great that we could walk across the street to the beach and enjoy the amenities of the Akwa Marina and Beach Club. The house was set up well and had AC throughout. We would definitely stay there again as it had a New England rustic charm."

"We had such a great stay! The house was great and had such great views and beach access. The neighborhood was great and everyone was very friendly. We had to contact the host for one thing and he was very responsive. Would highly recommend!"

"Friends and I booked the house for the weekend. We went to see Hank Williams Jr at the pavilion 3 miles down the road. Great location to wander around and enjoy! House was very clean had everything we needed. The only bad thing was we wanted a ride to the show so we wouldn't have to worry about driving. It was a busy night for rides understandably but it seemed the Uber/Lift/Taxi companies are definitely struggling out there. Took us over an hour to finally get a taxi ride there... 3 miles= $70...

"Outdoor deck was not safe especially the steps leading to deck. The house was clean and exactly as it appeared on site. Not enough towels or toilet paper for 7 people. We had to run out and purchase toilet paper, only 2 already opened rolls were at property. Overall a beautiful place and neighborhood. Would definitely stay again."

"We had a wonderful time on our vacation! The home is absolutely lovely. You can see Lake W from the deck and it’s just a short walk down to the private community beach. The beach was not busy and we had it to ourselves most of the time. The views are amazing and all the houses in the area are gorgeous.
