"Great communication with the rental group. The property was great!"

"The condo was well kept, updated, and cozy. Instructions for the fireplace, TV and heating systems were easy to located and follow. The condo is easily located off the main highway; but secluded enough with a great view off the patio and upstairs windows. Neighborhood was peaceful. Full kitchen with everything we needed. We would stay there again!"

"Very nice."

"Perfect location by golf course and shopping area. Short drives to any location in ruidoso. Home was inviting and peaceful. Will stay here again!"

"We loved the house. We saw a herd of elk and really enjoyed our time."

"The VIEW was Awesome! Great views driving up to location! Air conditioning was amazing! Hot Tub was great! Mattresses for each bed SO comfortable. With all these great amenities we did miss not having a Master closet to hang clothing."

"Overall very outdated. Mold in upstairs shower (I can send a picture). killed a spider in upstairs vanity sink; not enough towels/washrags for 2 adults for a 4 night stay; towels very old and smelled a little mildewy; needed extra blankets; coffee pods would be nice to use in the Keurig; sugar etc. for coffee/tea; outside was a little trashy, needed a good cleaning; extra trash bags would have been needed if we had actually cooked there. Better soap, lotion, shampoo and creme rinse would be...

"The property was very inviting and comfortable. My husband and I stayed with my parents for 5 days. The back patio is great for morning coffee and peaceful vibes! Our little dog loved the yard and we all felt at home."

"Everything was great except for the beds. Very uncomfortable."

"Karen was so easy to talk to and communicate with"

"It was ok do to it was a last I had not been clean so to a issue with prior renters. But still didnt offer to clean"

"We really liked this place. Wish we could’ve stayed another couple nights! The view from the deck is amazing. Beds were huge and comfy. Upstairs is where the kitchen and living room and deck are located, and there’s an AC unit on the wall that works fast. Bedrooms are windows and ceiling fans, no AC, but it was fine. Highly recommend it."

"Great stay!"

"The house is a little older, and we had some trouble opening the kitchen drawers. There were quite a few bugs throughout both the casita and the main house, and the air conditioning in the master bedroom did not work very well. Also pool was cold. Other than those issues, the home was beautiful inside, and we enjoyed our stay."

"1. The neighborhood is very sketchy.2. The back porch hadn't been swept or blown off in weeks. Spider webs all along the edge.3. The outdoor cushions were moldy. The host told me it was tree sap. It was not. I washed them and they did not come clean. It was mold.4. The oven was filthy. The bottom had burnt on food on it. I have a picture if you would want to see it.5. There is no mention in the description that the second bathroom is upstairs.6. There is a two-tiered table upstairs...

"We truly appreciate the option to stay here for our trip. The mountain views and the ability to stay in a home were important to us. Thank you for allowing us to stay here."
