"Loved this cute inn, in the heart of Hallstatt. I thought not having a private bathroom was going to be an issue but it was not. There are two showers and WC’s and we’re available when we needed them. Staff was super friendly and offered to help with our luggage. "The pension is conveniently located for exploration of the area by car. My room was clean and the property is well maintained. The reception desk representative is not present in the building. You have to communicate with them via SMS, email, WhatsApp. This involves check in and check out. Upon my arrival I had to send them a photo of my national ID to receive a PIN for opening the entrance door and my room."

"O anúncio do apartamento mostra imagens de uma unidade com ar condicionado misturado entre as imagens da unidade que ficamos. Levando a crer que haveria ar condicionado. Com o calor atual. Poderia ter pelo menos ter um ventilador. Fiz contato com a empresa. Mas a resposta foi evasiva, e não disponibilizaram um ventilador. O apartamento em si é bem completo. Boa vaga de garagem e local tranquilo. O check-in é confuso, se não tiver internet, não vai ter ninguém para assistir, se se não quiser instalar um aplicativo, vai ter que abrir toda hora o email de contato para acessar abertura de portas. E nem sempre o sistema responde rapidamente. Outro ponto é que no anuncio dizia haver uma geladeira/freezer grande, o que não aconteceu, havia uma pequena geladeira sem freezer, e issi fez também muita falta. De resto o apartamento é bem equipado, os utensílios são novos, e as camas confortáveis. Vale a estadia."
