Kitchen with combi fridge-freezer, electric stove with oven, microwave toaster, coffee machine, deep fryer etc. Furthermore, it has a cozy and large living room, equipped with satellite TV, and 2 x fold-out sofa bed. There is another double bed in the bedroom (if required, can also be split into 2 x single). Therefore separate sleeping facilities for up to 3-4 people. Deliverable folding bed would also be available on request. The bathroom has a toilet and shower.
The apartment is non-smoking. Smokers can of course use both outdoor terraces (1x covered). From spring to late autumn, satellite TV and a grill are also set up on the covered terrace
In the basement area there is a washing machine and dryer that guests with longer stays can use. Free internet via WiFi, as well as free parking spaces for max. 3 vehicles directly form house (no reservation required) are also available.
