Near the marina Campomanes of Altea Mascarat and right by the sea is this cozy 4 person apartment: Altea Pueblo Mascarat. From the south facing terrace, where you can enjoy the sun almost all day, you have an unobstructed view over the Mediterranean sea, the marina of Altea Mascarat and the bays of Altea, Albir and the Sierra Helada. The apartment complex has 3 swimming pools and 2 padel courts. The beach is within walking distance and in the immediate vicinity of the marina are restaurants and cozy terraces.

There is a smart TV with Youtube, Netflix and 160+ digital TV/radio channels.

Best view ever!

Eine superschƶne Fewo mit Blick aufs Meer! Die Fotos entsprechen wirklich der RealitƤt und die komplette Anlage ist sehr sauber, sehr groƟ, tolle Pools und viel Platz im Gesamten. Auch die Kommunikation zur Ɯbergabe der Fewo lief reibungslos. Es ist ein rundum Sorglospaket und sehr zu empfehlen!

Traumhafte Wohnlage

Die Wohnung hat eine sehr grosse Terrasse mit traumhafter Aussicht und mit allem eingerichtet was man fĆ¼r einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht, Backofen, Microwelle, Abwaschmaschine, genĆ¼gend Geschirr, Waschmaschine/Trockner, Heizung und einen Garagenplatz . Nick ist jederzeit erreichbar, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben keinen einzigen Kritikpunkt und kƶnnen die FW wƤrmstens weiterempfehlen. Besten Dank Nick, dass wir fĆ¼r 5 Wochen in dieser tollen Wohnung verbringen durften. Terrasse

Tweede keer op vakantie in dit mooi appartement

We verbleven hier reeds in het voorjaar 2023 en nu opnieuw in het najaar 2023. Het bevalt ons best: mooi, kraaknet en comfortabel appartement met een ruim en zonnig terras. Alle nodige uitrustingen zijn er: airco, verzorgde kleine keuken met vaatwasser, wasmachine en droogkast (combi) in de berging, ruim bemeten parkeerplaats in een parkeergarage vlakbij het appartement (50m). Een auto is wel een vereiste. Er zijn helaas geen winkels op wandelafstand. De eigenaar is heel makkelijk te bereiken en reageert heel snel op mogelijke vragen of problemen. De was/droogcombi liet het afweten en werd binnen de 3 dagen vervangen door een nieuw toestel. Voor ons was het opnieuw een geslaagde en aangename vakantie.

Property was great. View from balcony just as on listing. Property well equipped and clean. Pool area terrific.. Problem with key fobs on arrival but replacement keys were provided at the earliest possible opportunity and the owner remained in contact throughout.

6 weken vakantie in het voorjaar 2023

We hebben 6 weken verbleven in dit appartement en het is ons uitstekend bevallen. Het terras is voortreffelijk: ruim, steeds zon en schaduw, supermooi zicht op de zee en op Altea en Benidorm. De tafel kan moeiteloos verschoven worden om in de zon of in de schaduw te zitten... of je draait de luifel open. De woon-/eetkamer, de beide slaapkamers en 1 van de 2 badkamers zijn voorzien van centrale airco (koelen of verwarmen). Zodra het wat te warm wordt, kan je ook heel gemakkelijk voor tocht zorgen doorheen het appartement waardoor je de airco niet veel nodig hebt. De keuken is goed uitgerust (vaatwasmachine, microgolf, oven, kookplaten, koelkast met diepvriezer). Er is een was/droog-combi (klein nadeel : slechts 4 kg) en een kwalitatief droogrek. En de parkeerplaats (bovengrondse garage op 30m wandelafstand) is zeer ruim bemeten. Geen gedoe met betonnen palen die in de weg staan. We hebben slechts 4/5 gegeven voor netheid maar dit komt omdat het voor de poetsfirma de laatste keer was dat ze kwamen poetsen en bijgevolg maar half werk geleverd hebben. De hele urbanisatie is erg verzorgd en erg rustig. Besluit: een aanrader op voorwaarde dat je een auto hebt. In de onmiddellijke omgeving zijn er geen winkels of restaurants. Voor ons was het een geslaagde vakantie. Beste bewijs: we hebben reeds opnieuw geboekt voor 6 weken in het najaar 2023. Bedankt aan Nick voor de snelle reacties op onze vragen en de goede communicatie.

Wunderschƶner Aufenthalt

Die Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer war jederzeit schnell und professionell. Das Apartment hat alles was man sich im Urlaub wĆ¼nscht. Wunderbare Lage mit sehr schnellen Zugang zum Strand. 2 sehr schƶne Pools. Besonders schƶn ist die sehr groƟe Terrasse mit Blick auf das Meer. Wenn wir wieder in die Ecke gehen, planen wir auf jeden Fall wieder in diesem Apartment

Urlaub im Pueblo Mascarat

Unser Aufenthalt bei Nick war sehr angenehm. Alles war bei unserer Ankunft in der NƤhe. Unser Gastgeber kontaktierte uns sofort nach unserer Ankunft in Alicante und war jederzeit erreichbar. Der Blick auf das Meer ist wunderschƶn und die Terrasse ideal zum Entspannen, Lesen und Essen. Der Parkplatz ist eine groƟe Hilfe. Ein Netflix-Abo ist ebenfalls ein Pluspunkt fĆ¼r die Wohnung. Zu empfehlen!

Fantastisch verblijf

Keurig en compleet ingericht appartement met fabuleus uitzicht over Middellandse Zee.Het geheel ligt in een groot appartementencomplex en heeft 3 zwembaden.Gezien de ietwat afgelegen ligging, is auto wel noodzakelijk.Erg prettig contact met eigenaar!Reageert erg snel op vragen.Wat ons betreft een aanrader en zeker voor herhaling vatbaar!

Super Lage, direkt am Meer, mit Grandiosem Ausblick, Perfekt ausgestattet, 2 Schlafzimmer mit jeweils eigenem Badezimmer, perfekt eingerichtete KĆ¼che, Fernsehen, W-Lan Risige Terrasse nach SĆ¼den zum Meer, eigene Garage, 2 Pools freundlichste Betreuung, idealer Ausgangspunkt, kleine Felseninsel und 2 ruhige StrƤnde direkt Unterhalb der Terrasse......so schade dass wir nach Hause mĆ¼ssen!

Prachtig gelegen, ruim en comfortabel vakantieappartement in een mooie omgeving.

Ons verblijf in Altea is uitstekend bevallen.Het appartement is modern, ruim en uitstekend onderhouden. Het heeft een zeer groot balkon terras met fantastisch uitzicht over zee en de kustlijn waarop het goed toeven is. Het geeft ook voldoende beschutting tegen wind en zon.Alle denkbare voorzieningen zijn in het appartement aanwezig zoals wasmachine, vaatwasser, oven, kabel tv met o. a. netflix ed. De keuken is ruim genoeg en functioneel. Er zijn 2 badkamers wat ook wel handig is. Het complex en direkte omgeving zelf is heel rustig ,oogt prettig en is voorzien van voldoende groen. Er is een ruime parkeergarage. Je kan je auto ook aan de straat parkeren.Er is een tennisbaan en een zwembad.Plaatsen als Altea, Benidorm en Calpe zijn binnen korte afstand met de auto te bereiken. Er zijn gezellige boulevards langs het strand.De oude stad van Altea is ook erg leuk. Er zijn allerlei voorzieningen in de buurt zoals medische klinieken maar ook een paar mega supermarkten waar werkelijk alles te krijgen is. Op korte afstand van het complex bevindt zich een jachthaven waar boten en jetskis te huur zijn. Het appartement is onsinziens ook prima geschikt voor een langer verblijf. Last but not least het contact met de verhuurder was uitstekend en hij is altijd bereid mee te werken aan oplossingen voor zover nodig.

Wir hatten einen sehr schƶnen Urlaub, die Wohnung hat eine tolle Lage mit einem super Ausblick aufs Meer und den Yachthafen. Die Wohnanlage ist sehr gepflegt und ruhig! Wir wĆ¼rden jeder Zeit wieder dort Urlaub machen!!!
