"Grab a cup of coffee in the morning, by the wood burning stove, throw on a quilt by the sofa and enjoy that conversation with your mom you’ve been missing. This was just what I needed. I wish I could have stayed longer. The house was immaculate, and well stocked. The decor was spot-on! My only gripe, is that of a 1500 security deposit for a one night stay! This almost turned me away. I would definitely stay again! "

"The location is outside the city but the drive to Chattanooga is worth. Nice property with comfortable beds. You have to climb over both tubs and showers so it is not accessible. The tubs are shown in the listing so that was our mistake not the owners. Beautiful reasonably priced accommodations. "

"We loved the property and the sounds of only nature. I’m from the country, so, the woods setting next to the creek was very relaxing to me. The space was well used and quaint. Everything we needed was right there. Got some good sleep and was within 20 minutes of Savage State Park where we went hiking. The hosts were quick to communicate when we had questions and polite. "

The only reason this is not a 5 star review is the chickens and rooster that have free roam of the property. For a vacation destination, I really do not want to be awakened at sunrise by a rooster crowing under the dome. We would have loved to take more advantage of the beautiful sitting areas, but every time we opened the door, we were swarmed by chickens, and didn’t really want to...
