"The staff from bellman to bartender to front desk were all gracious and lovely, going out of their way to be helpful. "A genuinely fantastic experience and would recommend this hotel to anyone. The service throughout was impeccable. The room was wonderful and spacious with fresh towels each day. The spa is brilliant and if you have the chance to join an Aufguss session we would strongly recommend it - it was great! The itinerary of daily events was a really nice touch and the dessert buffet (Fridays) and banquet dinners (Sundays) were very good. One of the very best hotel stays I have had."

"This was our first time in Alta Badia and hotel col alto was perfect! The staff were very friendly and the room was clean and spacious. The ski room made storing your equipment very easy and was well organized. The wellness center had lovely saunas and a nice pool/jacuzzi - just what you need after a day of skiing. "Our stay at Hotel Gran Ciasa was one of the highlights of our Italy vacation. The surroundings are beautiful and you can enjoy them from anywhere within the hotel. You really feel like you are in the mountains, especially in the hot tub and relax rooms. "Fantastic hotel with a great location! Will for sure come back next time we are in Dolomites. The rooms have great view over the valley and the mountains. Breakfast was great with everything you might want. And their pool/sauna area is perfect for late afternoon relaxing after spending the day hiking. I also had to take some work calls while there and their WiFi is outstanding. There is also strong 4G signal in the area. "

"The hotel is excellent, and the service is sensational. The concierge and reception staff are very helpful and respond to everything very quickly. The location is very good for those who don't want to stay in the city center (like us). The only point for improvement is the room cleanliness; we found some small items (makeup) from previous guests in places that would be easy to spot, but nothing that ruined the experience. I recommend bringing swimwear to enjoy the spa, even in cold weather. I highly recommend it and we will be back!"
