"The hotel is excellent, and the service is sensational. The concierge and reception staff are very helpful and respond to everything very quickly. The location is very good for those who don't want to stay in the city center (like us). The only point for improvement is the room cleanliness; we found some small items (makeup) from previous guests in places that would be easy to spot, but nothing that ruined the experience. I recommend bringing swimwear to enjoy the spa, even in cold weather. I highly recommend it and we will be back!"
