Designed and built in the mid-1950s by architect Ingeborg Winter-Bracher for the Kimmerle family, this 180 m2 accommodation consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 4 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, as well as 2 guest WCs, and can accommodate 7 people.
