"Location was great which is why we chose it, but, unfortunately it is really a dump. No amenities to speak of. Had to ask for a wastebasket. Only one towel. There were two of us. No Kleenex or cups. Floor and closet had some debris on it. Closet was bare walls that someone started to paint. Paint drips on the floor. Bed was ok. On the soft side, but comfortable. Pillows were terrible. After waiting 20 minutes in lobby, we were assigned a room without a pull out sofa, which we need because there were 3 people. After 1 hour, they moved us at 11 pm to a new room with a King and sofa bed. Appears the Expedia reservation did not transfer fully to the hotel. Others base this issue as well"

"I am in a wheelchair, and as such, my only complaint is the odd set up for persons with disabilities to enter. One must wheel down past the actual front doors, which are stair assessable only, then enter a bit of covered area (which was by far the only real dirty and/or broken down looking space), then ride the elevator up and enter on the other side of the main foyer from the front desk.
