"Nao ficamos no hotel. Nao tinha recepcionista, caminhamos ate a cozinha para achar alguem. O hotel consistia em uma escada , no alto com algumas portas.Cheirava mal. Quando surgiu um homem e nós dissemos que nao queriamos ficarla,ele insistiu em cobrar, como o numero do cartao de credito estava com ele, ele cobrou. Nem deu o desconto do cafe da manha. Para piorar, naotem NADA para fazer nessa cidade. Essa foto é do restaurante."

"Beautiful hotel conveniently located within walking distance of the main Altstadt attractions. We had a spacious room with a balcony, offering great views of the nearby mountains and the most amazing hotel bathroom I've ever seen. "

" The hotel is excellent, and well located the rooms are clean, spacious and very comfortable. The facilities are well maintained, and we always had hot water. We enjoyed using the pool, although the jacuzzi was only lukewarm, which made it difficult to use in the cold weather, so we only went once. The breakfast offers a great variety of options. One improvement would be more transparency during check-in, as paying at the end was a bit confusing for us. Overall, our stay was very pleasant."
