This three bedroom, one bath cottage offers plenty of space for families and groups. Two bedrooms are located on the main level, each with a full size bed, while the entire upstairs serves as a spacious third bedroom with four full size beds and its own Smart TV. One of the main level bedrooms also includes a desk for anyone who needs a dedicated workspace during their stay.

One of the best spots in the cottage is the large lakeside sun porch, where comfortable seating and a game table make it easy to enjoy the beautiful Long Lake views. It’s the perfect spot for morning coffee, an afternoon card game, or relaxing together after a day on the water. The living room also features a Smart TV.

A second enclosed porch serves as the cottage entry and provides additional space along with convenient laundry facilities.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals during your stay, including an air fryer, and outside you’ll find a grill for summer cookouts. If fishing is on the agenda, Long Lake offers plenty of opportunity to cast a line, and there’s even an outdoor fish cleaning sink for preparing the day’s catch.

Outside is where this cottage really shines. Enjoy the large grassy lakefront yard, sandy recreation area, horseshoes, kayaks and life jackets, swimming raft, and a large dock where you can tie up your own boat. Spend the afternoon swimming or paddling the lake, stretch out in the yard, or gather around the fire pit by the water at the end of the day.

THINGS TO NOTE
-It is quick and easy to put your boat in right up the road at Long Lake Park/Campground and then keep it at the cottage dock.
-Dodge Marina is close by and offers boat rentals
-One exterior camera is located on the house and faces the driveway/parking area.
-There is plenty of parking for multiple vehicles and trucks/trailers/boats
-There is not central air-conditioning but there are 2 window A/C units seasonally and a ceiling fan in the living room.
