"We had a great weekend in Alpena, in town celebrating a wedding. The house was perfect in every way! Great location, perfect size rooms, clean and fully furnished! Would highly recommend and would stay again! "

"This house was the perfect getaway destination for someone who was just looking for a rest from busy life. Walking out the back door onto the beach, feeling the breeze, and listening to the waves was beyond peaceful. The house was beautiful and had everything we were looking for. Jennie was super responsive to messages and was a great host! I hope to stay again next time I'm in Alpena!"

"Breakfast was just basics like cereal, bagels, & pastries. It was within walking distance from the lake and the views were just beautiful. There’s only one person working the desk for the entire property so she seemed a little overwhelmed but still friendly. The rooms were comfortable, but those walls are paper thin. Our neighbor’s tv was on all night long and you could hear every bit of it but somehow still managed to sleep through it. Overall it was a good last minute stay for us!"
