"We had a wonderful vacation at this property. We swam all day, used the game room every night, and had our smores at the firepit. All of the appliances are state-of-the-art. We appreciated the 2 refrigerators and the double hot air stove. The retractable awning over the deck was a plus with the hot sun. The interior design and exterior property are beautiful. We lacked for nothing!"

"I gave this property a five , because it was certainly way better than a four. It is clean and perfect and in great condition. A couple of things that bothered me were. I got a teaser note offering late check out , but in the fine print there was a charge. The management company trying to up sell me . Two the water has a supper smell to it they need to fix that it is a strong odor. I would stay here again ."

"Enjoyed our getaway on the lake! Communication from property owner was excellent and made checkin/checkout a breeze. Bonus— weather was perfect during our stay. "

"Extremely quiet and peaceful. Surrounded by farmland and close to Seneca lake. One of the beds is a foam mattress to put on the floor. You’ll have to cover the motion detector light if you want to sleep."

"Adorable decor, comfortable beds, nice bathroom all with period fun references. Neighborhood walking distance to all historic parks and Seneca Falls sites. Owner very helpful and kind. They are doing a lot of work on the property which did not interfere with us at all, but it will be exciting to see what more they do with this really cool property."

"We stayed at the Savannah house a few years ago and have been hoping to have the chance to rent another property owned by Pat so when I realized this was, I was thrilled. The personal touches and b&b feel of the properties is extremely charming & welcoming. We had a great stay! This is a beautiful property, within close proximity to several of our favorite local wineries/food spots, lake access for the dog and a provate dock. The house is well kept and very clean; the pictures accurately...

"Everything went smoothly from start to finish. The house itself was incredibly comfortable—clean, well-appointed, and cozy, with all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay. The location is absolutely perfect.The host’s communication was prompt and helpful throughout our entire stay. It made everything effortless and stress-free. Highly recommend this lake house to anyone looking for a tranquil and enjoyable escape. We would be happy to come back!"

"The view of the lake, access to the beach and swimming area was enjoyed. Plenty of room for family to move around and enjoy each other's company and relaxing. "

"Check in was a breeze since the instructions given were very thorough and detailed. Cabin was clean, neat and stocked with amenities as advertised. Lakefront was beautiful with lots of water sports equipment available to use. Driveway and walkway to the lake front is a little steep which may pose a challenge for those with mobility issues. Host was promptly responsive to any questions we had. "

"Our stay was great. I couldn't have asked for anything else. Waking up to a waterfall every morning brought a smile toy face. Being able to have my dod with me was perfect. Then there was the hot tub that ended each day. It was so nice that we actually looked to book again."
