"Ioana was a super responsive host and it meant a lot to us. We felt very welcomed and taken care of. Every little detail was taken care of and made the stay very easy. "Very nice house with a special view of the lake. Even though there was no direct water access the view was adequate. The host was awesome, very thoughtful and clearly made every possible effort to anticipate our needs and made sure everything was available. The house was immaculately clean. Close to other amenities and a nice pizza restaurant within walking distance. Also great hide away to get some remote work done. We are definitely going back to this property. We would recommend it...

"Because there was a storm and a tree fell in the I e bedroom cottage we were in the large cottage. It was beautiful property, I was thankful I wasn’t I. The smaller one. The only thing is the left over or provided stuff in the kitchen cupboards were mostly expired and should be purged. I felt two pods of coffee was not enough for 2 night’s and three days. I had to go buy more coffee. I also accepted the larger cottage to not have to find other accommodations with no hot water. I think I should...

"I booked 7 months in advance. Three months prior to stay I had a change to my travel plans. I requested cancellation of the first night of my 9 night stay to accommodate my itinerary. I was told it was not possible. I sent them a copy of their own policy that showed it was allowed. Carstin (the property manager, I presume) said that they would discuss the request with “the team” and keep me posted. After 5 weeks of not hearing from him, I requested an update on the cancellation request status....
