"Cristina was very helpful and attentive, she is great! The hotel is in great localization with a very new structure, but it has strong infrastructure limitations that affect the overall experience and that are not clear when we book it. The property is split in 2 buildings in a tiny street not accessible directly by car. This said, the main thing is one of the buildings does not have a lift/elevator and this is not mentioned in this platform. We are not informed which rooms has a lift or not. Also, the bathrooms are mostly an open space to the rooms or it is hard to keep it dry during a shower. The "a la carte" breakfast also is not a strength, specially when there is a lot of people to attend and you are in a rush."

O quarto estava super limpo, boas instalações, local da piscina super legal com bar e café da manhã gostoso. O único ponto negativo é que a internet poderia ser melhor, mas nenhum impeditivo se está de férias!"
