We stayed at the villa as a family of 10. Gorgeous villa, with stunning views and good air in every room. Walkable distance from Almunecar, and taxis available if you don’t fancy the walk back. Spotlessly clean, and a great BBQ with seating and a bar. Welcome pack on arrival, which was a nice touch. We had fun playing pool, and table tennis. Useful to have a car to explore. Parking is on the side of the road, but this isn’t an issue.

Family Summer Holiday

We have just returned from a wonderful week in this beautiful house. We particularly loved the stunning pool area with its spectacular views- it’s even better than shown in the pictures! We were a family of three generations totalling 16 people and there was plenty of room for everyone. The kitchens were equipped with everything you could possibly need and the barbecue area was well used! We really appreciated the extra thoughtful touches such as shampoo, fly killer, mosquito repellent and much more! It is indeed a pretty steep climb to the villa but everyone in our party managed it several times during the week- even in very hot weather! Antonio was very helpful and responded quickly to all the questions we asked I cannot recommend this vila enough and we would love to return

Fantastic group property with amazing views

This Villa has everything you need for a fantastic holiday. We never got tired of waking up to the stunning views of the Almunecar below. Inside the villa is very spacious and quite traditional in style. It is not modern but has everything you need. We were three families and never felt on top of each other. The outside area is the real selling point though, pool, bbq area, hot tub, music system, seating area and outside cinema were well used by all the family. The welcome pack is very generous and well considered. There are also well stocked communal items, (shampoo, shower gel, insect repellents, matches, firefighters, bbq coals, they have literally thought of everything!) The air con is very good throughout the house which ensured we all had a good nights sleep. The walk into town and supermarket is about 25 minutes. Back is up a very steep hill which in the heat was very difficult for the older people in the group. However the taxis were very good and arrived within 10mins. We had enough to do in the villa most days but went to the local water park one day which was really good fun and had lots of slides even the teens enjoyed. We ate in town a few times, the restaurants in the beach area are the best and there are some good ice cream places. Antonio and Alejandro are very welcoming and attentive. any issues we had were ironed out very quickly. The town is a Spanish holiday destination so it is really helpful if someone in the group speaks Spanish. I would recommend this Villa for a relaxing holiday with views which will not be beaten.

Great Family Villa Break

The highlight of the property is the infinity pool with stunning views across Almunecar and the sea beyond. We had a large party and used every bedroom in the villa. It was circa 33 degrees all week and the air conditioning was very effective overnight. The welcome pack of supplies (kitchen roll/toilet rolls/light bulbs/soap/shampoo etc), food and drink was the most generous I have ever experienced. The villa is spacious and has 2 kitchens. We never used the upstairs kitchen other than for the fridge. Some of the kitchen implements need updating and I advised Antonio of that. He was most attentive and I suspect this will now be dealt with. He organised our transfers to/from the airport and that was very helpful and was good quality. My only negative is the distance from the town centre in such hot weather. We tended to walk down the hill but mostly we got taxis back up the hill. They were easy to get from the taxi rank and cost under 8 Euros per trip with the larger taxis being slightly more. Almunecar is very Spanish and its good if someone in your party can communicate in Spanish beyond the normal food and drink ordering. Lastly, I must mention the cinema room. I never expected that it would be used much but I was wrong. We had a streaming stick that connected on HDMI and we were able to follow the Open Gold and Le Tour. Also it was a cool resting spot when some of the young ones needed to be out of the sun. Great family holiday was achieved.

Amazing views, great host

The view from the backyard is simply amazing. Located on top of a hill, you will have a panoramic view of the town and the sea. Just doesn’t get any better! Antonio and his son are super attentive and very quick to respond to txt messages. The pool is large, clean and beautiful. With 2 kids, it was nice to not have too many neighbors close to the house so the kids could be free to play in the pool. The movie projector outside, let’s you have an outdoor Cinema every night. The drive up to the house is through a charming small road that winds through the hill. It can be a little scary the first time but you quickly get use to it. One advice is not to have a big car as the road leading into the house and the garage is very narrow. We ended up parking by the side of the road just outside the house. The house’s interior is not modern but it’s super clean and has its own charm as it makes you feel you are in an older Spanish villa. Antonio was kind enough to have some food and drinks already in the fridge when we got there which was much appreciated. We visited in Late June and the water at the beach was still pretty cold so kids and the ladies couldn’t really get in so having a big pool which was temp controlled was very nice. You are 5 mins drive away from center of Almunecar for the beach and grocery, 30 mins away from Nerja, 1 hour away from Malaga and Granada. We got to visit all around which was fantastic. 100% recommend this place.

Große Villa mit wundervollem Ausblick

Die Villa ist perfekt für große Gruppen. Vor allem die Aufteilung der Schlafzimmer mit separaten Bädern ist perfekt und bietet ausreichend Privatsphäre. Der Ausblick ist tagsüber wie nachts wunderschön. Der Außenbereich bietet viel Platz für gemeinsame Mahlzeiten und ausgiebigem Baden im Pool. Antonio war zu jedem Zeitpunkt erreichbar und sehr aufmerksam und emphatisch im Umgang. Check In wie Check Out konnten unkompliziert abgewickelt werden. Zusammenfassend ein perfekter Urlaub! Immer wieder gerne!

Family of 11 stayed for 9 days, great communication with Antonio

Wow what a villa , beautiful views , everything we could of asked for from pool, hot tub, games room , indoor cinema and a outdoor cinema which was used plenty by us all . Spacious rooms all with air conditioning, we could not fault the owner Antonio and his son nothing was to much trouble , as we arrived late on a Sunday supermarkets was shut they went out and supplied us with a generous amount of food , drink and other essentials, if your looking for a luxury villa look no further we would definitely return . Thank you to Antonio and son :)

Second stay at this beautiful villa

We came here last year and loved it so much we came back! As a group of 10 adults there was plenty of room for all of us, the view from the pool is just stunning. The villa is clean and extremely well stocked with everything you need, the owner even leaves a welcome pack of food and drink. One minor problem was resolved almost immediately. Pablo (who translates for the owner) is very easy to contact and very helpful.

Fantastic Villa for a large group

Thank you Antonio we had a brilliant holiday at your villa. Antonio and Pablo (English speaking) met us at the villa to show us around, and were always at the end of a text to help with anything. Prior to our arrival they had also arranged our transfers in a minibus which were great. Reasonably priced, easily located at the airport, easily fitting all 15 passengers and luggage, and air conditioned for the 1 hour journey. Our group of 15 made use of all the facilities available. The bedrooms and bathrooms were adequate for everyone to feel comfortable, with plenty of space. The heated pool was a comfortable temperature and is a great size for a large group. The view from the villa and pool is amazing. When the kids weren’t in the pool they were entertained in the indoor cinema room and using the pool table and table tennis table. We even managed to watch the football on the outdoor cinema. The kitchen and BBQ areas are adequate to cater for a large group. We walked down to the supermarket and then used taxis to transport our shopping back. The villa is situated on a hill which gives it fantastic views across Almuñécar which was a quiet town when we visited. We managed to walk down the hill to the town in approx 20 mins. The walk back is steep but most of us managed this. Antonio and Pablo gave us the details of the local taxi firm for those that struggled with the walk back. The taxi firm were brilliant, always with us within 10 mins of calling and reasonably priced. I cannot recommend this villa enough, we had a very memorable holiday and would definitely consider returning. Thank you to both Antonio and Pablo for all their help.

Great place

Wonderful house to stay , we made it our home base for 3 of our families, we travel to the sierras , wineries up nort as well as to Gibraltar, 4 times to Malaga and almost every day to town Owner very accommodating helpful and easy going Don’t hesitate to book it Thank u again for a wonderful week

Super location and fabulous house

We stayed at the property for 9 nights this April. We were 7 guests and the property was great. Antonio and Pablo were great hosts and ensured we had everything we needed. The highlight of the property was the pool and hot tub with incredible views over the town. Walking into town was easy with a steep walk back up and the town had good places to eat and a good beach (stony, but charming). The aqueduct was great to visit. We would thoroughly recommend the property.

Stunning accommodation

The villa is stunning, with views to die for! we stayed as a party of 12, and the space and facilities were fantastic! Although the walk down to the beach seemed daunting, the walk home uphill was much easier than expected!!!! Would definitely recommend!

Ideal for a family-holiday. The view of the town and sea is amazing. We got a warm welcome.

We were five teenagers and six grown-ups. The place was super for the youngsters with the lovely pool outside and the sport-activities inside. We dined at the long table on the terrace and relaxed in the deckchairs. The children watched a football match on the big screen outside. One of the boys even slept there. Awesome, spacious and full featured house with plenty of rooms and lots of amenities

The house sits on the cliffs just above Almunecar giving an amazing view over the town and the sea. With 7 rooms and equal number of bathrooms this house is great for large groups to stay together without the risk of giving up your privacy. The inifinity pool is large and great as well as the adjacent spa. The pool area has plenty of sunbeds, outdoor speakers and a large white wall serving as movie screen for the permanent projector mounted above the wall. If the sun gets too bright you may also enjoy the indoor cinema with 20+ seats. This can also be used to have an awesome time playing on the playstation. Two full featured kitchens provides all you need to cook which can also be supplemented by the outdoor barbeque place next to the outdoor bar. Two washing machines and dryers gives you the opportunity to travel very light as you don't need many clothes in the suitcase. Great internet speed and coverage throughout the house on all floors. Big flat screen tvs in living room and upstairs kitchen if you must watch tv. Only point of improvement is the kitchen service. Knives need sharpening and several utilities like cork screws and garlic pressers could need an update. Getting to and from the house provides you with plenty of chance for good exercise as the road is pretty steep. Walking home from town will give you a nice workout - if riding a bike be sure you have enough low gears.

Et fantastisk hus med mange faciliteter og smuk beliggenhed.

Et hus ud over det normale dels på grund af størelsen og den flotte udsigt,vi havde seks børn med og de var hele tiden i det opvarmede svømmebassin.Et hus som kun kan anbefales at leje hvis man er mange mennesker.

Great Place to stay

Well we really enjoyed our stay at the Villa, there was everything you could possibly need. A very good welcome pack on arrival wine, cheese, bread , milk, tea, coffee and lots more. There was shampoo, shower gel , hand wash it was like home from home. The owner was very helpful and the Villa was very clean . We were a party of 9 Adults and 6 children , we all had a lovely time, and would love to go back . Thank you Antonio for letting us stay in your lovely Villa, and we wish you lots of happiness for the future.

Fantastic villa, fabulous views and welcoming hosts

Stayed here in May this year with whole family including grandchildren . The welcome from Antonio, including provisions on arrival was lovely . The villa was beautiful ,spotless and very spacious,pictures do not do it justice. Antonio and Pablo were always available to answer any queries. Had a fantastic stay and would stay again.

Great views and facilities, ideal for big groups

14 of us just enjoyed a fantastic stay here. The view is beautiful, uninterrupted views all the way across the town to the sea. It does make it a steep walk back up the hill, but we managed it OK. It's around a 20 minute walk to the seafront and it's a great town, lovely restaurants and bars, the whole place has a great feel to it. The pool is really big and you can enjoy the views from there too. Two kitchens, both with dishwashers, was very useful with so many of us! The place was spotlessly clean too. Only minor niggles were that some of the tiles started coming off the bottom of the hot tub, and we could not find any blankets for the beds, only sheets. Although they did supply plenty of towels which was great. The owner and his English speaking companion Pablo were very easy to deal with and we made good use of both cinemas and the games room, as well as getting in the pool and hot tub every day! Would definitely stay here again.

A fantastic Holiday home

A group of 13 of us stayed for a week in Antonio's amazing Villa, the pictures do not do it justice as it really is an incredible place to stay. We spend the majority of our time in the Villa, venturing into town/beach on a few occasions. There are so many things to do, with the music system, inside/outside cinema, table tennis, pool table, indoor gym that we were always entertained. The house is perfect, with everything you would need for your stay, and very clean. The days we did go into town/beach we decided to walk down, and most walked back although a steep hill, but with the views it offers understandable. I can highly recommend Almunecar as a place to stay it has everything you need and isn't too busy/touristy. Antonio/Pablo were great hosts, and were on the other end of a text message with help whenever we needed them, even when we decided to hire boats for a trip along the coast they offered help and advice. I cannot recommend this place enough, and we would love to come back again to stay. Thank you very much for a great holiday!

Amazing house with superb facilities and incredible views. Lots of privacy and space. Perfect!

13 of us stayed at Antonio's house for a week and had an amazing time. Facilities are great - lots of mod cons and utilities, great outdoor area, lovely big pool. We enjoyed its location very much and the walk up and down the hill, but if you are staying with children or elderly people I would recommend having a car. The indoor cinema/games room is brilliant (the boys were like little kids watching formula one on the massive screen) and the girls loved the outdoor cinema, lit up pool and sound system as well as the sun loungers which there are plenty of. The house was super clean and well distributed. Plenty of bathrooms and always hot strong pressure water. The owner is lovely and very accommodating. We had some problems with the port, but this was fixed immediately. The only thing we never really got working right was the outdoor jacuzzi as it was always quite cold. This is our own fault though. We should have just reported this straight away, and I have no doubt it would have been sorted promptly. I highly recommend this house for big families or groups of adults. It is everything a holiday house should be and more! The owner also told me that he is waiting for the license to create a garden at the back of the house. This will be the icing on the cake as you will be able to enjoy the sun for much longer into the evening. Super house - you will love your stay!

Amazing villa

We had an amazing time at this villa. 13 family members travelled together. Antonio greeted us at the house, which we found to be very clean and tidy, and larger than we originally thought. We loved the cinema room when the evenings were a bit chilly, and the children especially loved the pool. There are two kitchens, all fitted out, dining room/living room and various outside places to sit. Antonio was always on hand if we had any questions/queries, and I would definitely recommend this villa. Hopefully will be able to go back soon!!
