"Tudo funciona no hotel. Um predio grande e acinzentado. O quarto foi confortável. O cafe da manhã bom. A localizacao boa, tem muitos restaurantes ao redor, alem do do proprio hotel, na cobertura. Apesar de tudo, o atendimento é bem impessoal: rapido e seco. Mas, creio deve ser o jeito do povo mesmo. Faltou um pouco de calor humano. "

"Прекрасный отель. Даже не смотрите по сторонам. В самом лучшем месте Алматы, до Достык Плазы 700 метров. Персонал очень вежливый и помогает во всем. Завтраки приносят в номер во сколько вы пожелаете. Даже местные на геликах и других дорогих машинах в этом отеле останавливаются. Вообщем цена качество просто супер. Особенная благодарность Ансару "

"The hotel was an outstanding one 30 years ago. Now they just one of good ones. Management works hard to make the stay good, but staff is a bit out of ground. Thay could not help me taxi ordering for in city travelling. One more example: I paid 3 nights and did not have a single breakfast due to late arrival and early leave. At 10:35 I asked just for coffee and been refused."
