Spiderman House
The place looked like a horror movie, just the first night I killed almost 10 spiders inside the place! The entrance deck, which is a balcony, is invested with cobwebs! We complained to an employee, who mocked and said that it was very difficult to clean it, making a mocking face! We spoke to the Owner who said we were in the field and it was like that and when she spoke about the spiders, she also made fun of it, saying that there should be a nest there, which seemed a little obvious, as the state of abandonment was terrible! We stayed for a week and the employee informed us that this was not a hotel, and that we should throw our own garbage in a place almost 100 meters from where we were, on the edge of the property! At no time did they do any cleaning or change the towels! The place is invested with flies, as it has several abandoned areas around it, and the water is brackish and has a horrible smell and taste, it burns the eyes and the face! We had to brush our teeth with the mineral water we bought at the market! Another thing the place seems to live on rent for parties, seeming not to take care of the rest! There was a party with loud music until dawn, and we didn't even know what it was, I think they rent a space attached to the pool for events. This is a case apart, 34 degrees in full Sunday, in September, and the pool closed, and the announcement that it would be open in September, but it wasn't, a lack of total management and care with guests!
