Welcome to my home!

This lovely 70m2 apartment is on the 4th floor and has an elevator. It is close to various top attractions, stores, supermarkets, and restaurants in the surrounding areas, with multiple gastronomy options.

The living room features a comfortable sofa where you can relax, a wide-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table. The area has a warm ambience and a lot of natural sunlight that brightens the space, making it even more inviting.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery to whip up a delicious meal, including an electric hob, oven, microwave, and coffee machine. A washing machine is also available if you wish to do the laundry.

The first bedroom is a pleasant room with a queen bed, a wardrobe, and a working desk. The second bedroom has two single beds and a wardrobe. All beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort.

Lastly, the bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including clean towels and toiletries for your convenience.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

This property is close to the stunning Praia da Costa da Caparica and the picturesque Miradouro dos Capuchos. Nearby, guests can enjoy delicious meals at restaurants like Sunrise Costa de Caparica and Pita Gourmet and unwind at bars in the area. With its great location, this property is an ideal base for exploring the city and all it offers.

The best way to reach the property is by car or Taxi.

The Humberto Delgado Airport is just a 35-minute drive.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking in. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we will provide basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products, and a bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
