Street parking is available on both sides of the building due to construction in front of the main entrance. One pet is allowed, and smoking is permitted only on the balcony. Events and parties are not allowed. Beach towels are included for your convenience.



The central location is just 700 m from the beach. Nearby you’ll find supermarkets, a post office, and public transport. Restaurants and bars with summer entertainment are within walking distance. The Costa da Caparica Urban Park offers swings, children’s activities, 2 restaurants, and picnic areas. Tennis courts are a 15-minute walk away. You can join pottery classes, surf, skimboard, bodyboard, and kitesurf lessons with equipment rental, yoga and fitness on the beach, tennis, adventure activities for children, and horseback riding lessons and tours on the beach. Cleaning service is available for an extra fee. The hosts live on site but not in the reserved apartment.
