"There was a convenient grocery store nearby and plenty of restaurants. Downtown and the royal mile are within walking distance. The washer in the apartment was appreciated, but there was no dryer."

"The flat was clean, warm and well appointed. The check-in procedure a nightmare. Please note there are no red stickers on the correct key safe. Not easy to use once identified, it was empty once open! The help desk was very helpful & contacted the cleaner who popped out of the flat ten minutes later. She was still cleaning at 4.30, we should have had access at 3. It took us roughly 45 minutes to gain access, most of that standing in the wind and rain. Luckily for us one of the residents came...

"Location was good, apartment is cute, communication with the host was easy. However, there were some significant issues. The toilet did not flush properly, there were stains that looked like blood on one of the duvet covers, and we could NOT get the heat to rise about 19 degrees celsius no matter what we tried. "

"What a great location. Two buses direct to downtown. Grocery store (Polish, very friendly just don’t read polish so needed a translator app) a block away. Well stocked kitchen. They didn’t require a lot of stuff done on check out, just remove trash and have dishes done. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting a quite apartment to stay in."
