The villa (4 double beds in 2 bedrooms + 2 beds on a sofa) on the ground floor with a mezzanine, consists of a very cool and bright living area, kitchen with oven complete with all accessories, living area furnished with a 6-seater table , sofa bed with 2 optional beds, wooden loft with 2 beds, bathroom with shower, private parking for 2 cars. Air conditioners and TVs in all bedrooms and in the living area.

In the back there is a wooden table for 6 people with a large 4x3 meter decentralized umbrella, a mobile outdoor shower for quick refreshments on the way back from the beach. Laundry service on request. The property is equipped with free 4G internet connection with WiFi (LAN plugs available).

Bed linen and towel set included; water, electricity and gas consumption are always included in the price.

We can advise guests on events and places of excellence for gastronomic specialties and cultural interest; possibility to organize inland or marine sports activities with local operators. Availability to organize dives with professional operators and raft trips for small groups.

CONDITIONS
• Stays must be included in periods from Saturday to Saturday, unless otherwise agreed;
• Delivery of apartments at 5.00 pm on the day of arrival;
• Release of apartments by 10.00 am on the day of departure;
• Security deposit on arrival of 100.00 euros, returned on departure if no damage to the structure was caused or delays in the delivery of the keys;
