From the kitchen you reach the private and fenced outdoor area, furnished with garden furniture: a private corner perfect for outdoor lunches and dinners, immersed in tranquility.
The sleeping area offers a suggestive mezzanine double bedroom, intimate and comfortable, designed to ensure maximum rest. The solution also has two large full bathrooms, both equipped with shower cubicles, with attention to detail and practical for every need.

For check in and check out outside the indicated time slot, at the request of the customer, and subject to acceptance, an additional cost is required:
- for check-ins after 20:30 and until 22:00 extra cost of euro 30.00;
- for check-ins from 22:00 to 0:00 extra cost of euro 50.00;
- for checks in from midnight to 7:00 euro 100.00.
For early check-outs, at the request of the customer and upon acceptance, an extra cost of euro 30.00 is required from 6 to 8
